Vitamin A is also important for your “muscles”, and your “immune system”. You can find vitamin A in: liver, eggs, milk, some fruits, green leafs vegetables. It is recommended that men and women should consume vitamin A as following:

  • women consume 800 mcg / day
  • men consume 1000 mcg / day

Vitamin A Deficiency: Vitamin A deficiency is not often but it causes some symptoms. Like:

  1. Diarrhea
  2. Night blindness (no vision in the night)
  3. Eye related diseases
  4. Blurred vision
  5. Hair loss
