There are some advices to stop and prevent acne. One of them is to hydrate the organism, for this the minimum portion of water must be consumed daily. At least 2 liters of water are needed for a human daily. The water helps evacuate the toxins from the organism, preventing their apparition. Consuming fruits with a great quantity of liquids is even better, for example water melons, citruses and others. Also in order to solve and prevent acne one must find a way to relax and fight the stress. The stress weakens the immune system and stimulates the hormones that create the acne. Good skin hygiene is very important for preventing acne. Using a daily regimen which consists of moisturizing, facial washing and toning will clean the pores and prevent the apparition of acne.

But there are also factors that stimulate the apparition of acne. One of the most important is the touching of the face and other regions infected by acne. Also touching the infected zones in other ways is not recommended, like squeezing, picking or rubbing. This can hurt the skin and spread the microbes into other pores, also this can send the infection in the blood and create further health problems. The consumption of foods rich in sugar and fats is another acne factor. The sugar and the fats dry the skin and block the pores causing acne. The oil-based products, like creams, hair gels and other cosmetics aggravate the acne. And finally the rough treatment of the infected zone will only contribute to the development and aggravation of acne.

In conclusion a good hygiene and diet can help better then many medicaments to prevent the acne and have a healthy body.
